Fifteen Payment Life Plan
Allowing for premium payments to be made monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually with the certificate becoming fully paid at the end of fifteen years. A minimum purchase of $5,000 is required.
A member with a Fifteen Payment Life Plan is entitled to all the Fraternal Benefits of the society.

Issue ages are 0 through 70
Ages 0-70 ……………………Minimum purchase amount is $5,000.
Premiums are payable for fifteen (15) years or prior death of member. Certificate becomes fully paid at end of fifteen (15) years. Face amount is payable at death.
The Society reserves the right to require a medical examination on any applicant. Death benefit payable in full upon issuance of the certificate to the member while in good health, and upon full payment of first premium. Application must be completed, properly signed by the applicant and a licensed representative.
