For applicants entering Religious Life) St. John Vianney Award St. Theresa of the Little Flower St. Andre Bessette, C.S.C.

$300 Annually

Eligibility: Male LPSCU member aspiring to the priesthood.
Award: $300 upon entrance into an approved priestly formation program.
Renewal: Annually until ordination, with re-application required.

St. Theresa of the Little Flower Award

Eligibility: Female LPSCU member aspiring to religious life.
Award: $300 upon completion of the first year of Novitiate.
Renewal: Annually until professed as a religious nun, with re-application required.

St. Andre Bessette Award

Eligibility: Male LPSCU member aspiring to religious life as a Brother.
Award: $300 upon entrance into an approved Religious Brother formation program.
Renewal: Annually until program completion, with re-application required.

General Eligibility Requirements for All Awards:

Two-year LPSCU membership with a $2,000 permanent reserve life insurance certificate (excludes term insurance).
Annual re-application required.
Wallet-size color photo.
Postmarked application deadline: August 31st.
