Anne ‘Shinal’ Cichy Memorial Award

The LPSCU is proud to offer this award for students in the health care field.
The Anne ‘Shinal’ Cichy Memorial Scholarship, implemented in 2006, is
given in memory of Anne ‘Shinal’ Cichy, first LPSCU Director of Public
Relations through the generosity of Mr. and Mrs. Francis A. Shinal.

Application Guidelines 
Must have a life certificate with LPSCU.
Attend an accredited college/university in the fall of the Award year on a full
time basis in the Health Care field. Provide proof of acceptance/attendance.
Provide a wallet-size photo.
Postmarked by July 1st.
The recipient of the Anne ‘Shinal’ Cichy Memorial Scholarship will receive
$750.00. No individual shall be eligible to receive the scholarship more than
two times.

The recipient will be selected by a random drawing from among all the qualified
applications.
